| 1. We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The
staff was kind and helpful. The children enjoyed the pool and game room.
2. We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza and would have no hesitation in
going there again.
3. The Hotel was very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The
rooms were big and very clean. My children loved the glass elevator. Beds were
lovely lots of pillows and sheets changed every 3...
4. The hotel is located in central in city, within walking distance of
restaurants and shopping. The room and the bed were exquisite. We ate
breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was also very good. The hotel was
another gem in a wonderful weekend.
5. Service was excellent. Staff friendly, demonstrated concern for customers'
needs and comfort. Location convent (near shopping for my wife, and I had no
trouble getting to Convention Center for my meetings). Some people were upset
pool wasn't open but that wasn't hotel's fault. Restaurant, fitness center
internet facilities convent. Overall our experience was outstanding. I will
recommend hotel to others.
